For some reason the game seems only slightly populated -- not the crowds that Double xp usually brings around. Can't put my finger on it, but something seems off with this event so far.
That being said, I was able to get into a DFB team and then a Positron I task force with a level 8 character. By the time I was done Sandburr was level 19. At least that hasn't changed....
