Not fixed yet
(Im)Perfect World/Cryptic finally sent me another email late this afternoon saying I should be fixed. But I'm still not fixed. My confindence in this company is dropping rapidly -- and their "support" I find next to non-existant. I'm still irked by their idea of a phone line. Given the response I'm getting from it, I wonder if it is NOTHING but a recording, and is there for show only. Either that or they have the busiest support line imaginable -- which doesn't say much for their level of quality now.
I got in on a Silver character and found the guy giving out flag speed. I'm going to try and do it on the silver character -- I just hope it is not character specific, but feeds to the account.
